It’s taking off today, November 8th, the new international training course in Audience Development (AD), which Melting Pro has developed together with the partners of the CONNECT – Connecting Audiences project. Launched in parallel in 5 European countries (Italy, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom and Denmark), the Italian CONNECT course is organized in collaboration with Fondazione Fitzcarraldo, that will host the first intensive module in Turin. This is an innovative program both for content and for the format, defined as “Twin Track because it is aimed at a dual target: that of graduate students in cultural management with an interest in becoming audience development professionals; and that of cultural managers of organizations that intend to promote new and more decisive strategies for their audiences. After a long selection process, Melting Pro and Fondazione Fitzcarraldo have defined the group of 12 students and 12 operators who will take part in the program, deepening key AD topics and tools and working in pairs to implement experimental projects for the institutions adhering to the project.
