From 18 to 21 June the MeP team will be in Berlin for the “Leadership for audience engagement” training course facilitated by Cate Czerwinski, an expert in participatory practices, leadership and audience engagement, who will guide the group on a journey to discover some Berliners realities starting from the much discussed – odi et amo – Humboldt Forum, built where the Palace of the Republic once stood.

Judith Prokasky, responsible for the “The Palace of the Republic is present” program, will address with MeP important issues in the management of a Cultural Center and the relationship with local communities: management, listening and audience engagement; memory and community building.

Among the scheduled activities, there are design thinking and team building sessions.

Cate will help Antonia, Federica, Giulia, Laura, Ludovica, Maura and Patrizia to find new ways to strengthen a bond that has lasted for 20 years and to work even better together, increasingly connected and projected towards the future.

There will be interaction with creatives and professionals and with Berlin, a city of incredible energy.
