As the result of the research phase and exchanges amongst European and international partners, the first two editorial products of ADESTE coordinated by the Instituto de Estudios de Ocio (University of Deusto, Bilbao) are now available on the project website. The Research Report on New Training Needs is the compendium of data collected through analysis, meetings, interviews , national and transnational focus groups carried out by the project partners throughout 2014.
Closely connected to the first, the second product, the Research Report: European Occupational Standard Profile of the Developer Audience, starts from this mapping to outline a professional profile that includes key skills and competences for audience development strategies.
The next ADESTE project meeting will be held in Turin from January 28th to the 30th and will be an opportunity to pre-test internally the methodology to be adopted and to finalize the contents of the training module.
