Soft and Life Skills and Cultural Mentoring: from theory to practice!

Soft Skills, Life Skills and Cultural Mentoring are the themes of the event promoted by Melting Pro as part of the European project Match with Arts and Culture.
On Monday 18 December 2023, in Rome, at Esperienza Europa – David Sassoli, will be held an event dedicated to exchange and co-planning for the community of trainers, colleagues, enthusiasts, researchers who deal with art and culture.
A dynamic event, an interactive workshop designed to give a face, or rather many faces, to empowerment and to understand together how to apply mentoring to cultural professions.
The event will be an opportunity to listen to the direct experiences of those who participated in the mentoring process promoted by Melting Pro as part of the European project: from alliance building, to creative exercises, up to the cultural experiences shared by 10 mentors and more 20 mentees between Rome and the province of Pescara in the last 6 months.
