Curiosity and resilience are her top soft skills.


Patrizia Braga
Head of Participation and Development of organisationsFrom the Italian region of Veneto, Patrizia is a dynamic and curious professional who has transferred her foreign language skills into a dialogue with international colleagues for cultural cooperation projects. At the heart of her work is the value of cultural participation as a key element in building more sustainable cities and communities. Entrepreneurship and communication skills are her key assets.


Maura Romano
Head of Creative Local DevelopmentWith a PhD in Organisational Communication Maura is an expert in the implementation of initiatives to empower urban and rural areas through art and participation. Also a journalist, she is the founder of the Invasioni Contemporanee Festival. Within the MeP team, she stands out for her relational skills and determination.


Federica Pesce
Head of StorytellingAfter a Bachelor in philosophy, a Master in Artificial Intelligence and a PhD in Arts, Design and New Technologies, Federica’s mission is mainly one: to turn information into knowledge through the practices of digital storytelling and participatory design. Her key soft skills: positive attitude and ability to manage complexity.


Ludovica
De Angelis
Coordinator, CFOAfter a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Institutional Communication, Ludovica began working in the field of cultural training through the use of informal and participatory teaching methods. She coordinates Melting Pro’s team, plans the workflows and controls the administrative management of the company. She handles this thanks to her skills in empathy and problem solving.


Laura
Bove
Head of Communication and MarketingPassionate about art and photography, after her university years in Naples, Laura moved to Rome, where she became one of the founders of Melting Pro, for which she coordinates the communication activities, from the website to social media. Expert in storytelling methodologies, Laura loves communicating through images. Creativity and teamwork are her strengths.


Giulia Fiaccarini
Responsible for Development and International ProjectsAfter studying semiotics and cultural management Giulia developed a passion for the potential of art for social transformation. Devoted to critical thinking, her role is to supervise the development of Melting Pro, supporting the operational areas in the development of services and courses. Key soft skills: strategic thinking and spirit of initiative.

Federica Taeko Centra
European design expertProject manager and fundraiser in the cultural sector, she is always looking for new ideas, practices and interventions that can produce sustainable and innovative social changes. She has collaborated with national and international organisations for the design and management of initiatives financed through direct and indirect funds from public and private entities.
For Melting Pro, she is in charge of coordinating international cooperation projects on the topics of audience development, storytelling and cultural-based territorial regeneration.

Punzo
Interested in conceptual languages, she is graduated in Medieval Art History and discovered with Anthropology a freer worldview. Between auction houses, museums, and archaeological sites she updates her competences in social media management and Cultural online community manager. With Melting Pro she experiences the revolutionary power of Culture through National and European projects and sharpens her skills as Project manager. Community engagement, facilitation, and creative practices are her fields of action, and Storytelling methodology is her ace up the sleeve. Soft skills: connecting the dots and flipping perspectives.

Olga has a hybrid education, somewhere between art history and technology, and firmly believes that to be a good leader in the world of culture – and beyond – it is necessary to overcome any form of disciplinary separation, and to look around with curiosity and a desire to learn. Passionate about technologies for the enhancement and enjoyment of cultural heritage, she is very curious and never shies away from a new challenge.

Passionate. Of art, of numbers, of places, of change. Silvia supports the development of projects in the cultural and social spheres with institution, precision and determination, offering a valuable contribution to urban regeneration strategies for neighbourhoods, cities, vast territories, communities. She lives in the Piceno region where she has been collaborating for years with multiple public bodies and private entities, but her range of action extends to the whole of Italy. With the MeP team, she participates in the design and implementation of creatively-based urban regeneration initiatives.

With a university background in the field of Social Sciences, and various work experiences in the third sector, she is taking her first steps in European planning and in the sector of non-formal education and European youth mobility. She is involved in the sector of territorial activism and collaborates with various realities promoting environmental sustainability and the diffusion of environmental and social-ecological awareness in the territory. Collaborates with Melting Pro in various projects working with local communities and young people.
